WHAT CASES APPLY FOR WARRANTY?
Manufacturing defects: Products that present problems in their operation (performance of the functions for which they were manufactured) and quality defects that are detected by the wholesale, retail customer, or the end user upon receiving the product.
Quality defects : Products that present problems after being used for the period covered by the warranty (see table below) after their retail purchase and under normal conditions of use, such as:
Warranty Period : The warranty period begins on the date of delivery of the product, invoice, and acceptance of both. For the end user and distributor, the warranty will be extended for the established time periods, provided that storage and handling conditions are adequate for its preservation. In case of damage caused by misuse, modifications, physical damage due to improper storage and handling (scratches, bumps, etc.).
PROCEDURE FOR REQUESTING THE WARRANTY
To claim your warranty, please have the product and all its components on hand. Please verify that the accessories we sent you are in working order. If we find any missing items and don't have a clear answer, we will return the item to you and will not honor the warranty.
To validate the warranty, the customer or end user must return the product to the point of sale where it was purchased. If the product is not shipped properly (properly wrapped in a quality box with proper tape in good condition), Edge Helmets is not responsible for the warranty. Therefore, you should thoroughly review the delivery process with the logistics company and ensure everything is properly stipulated.
Warranty replacement time varies depending on availability for product replacement or repair, which can range from 1 to 30 business days (depending on the availability of parts, components, and model).
However, at Edge Helmets, we strive to offer a different approach: we respond within 1 to 5 business days, with a maximum of 10 business days depending on the complexity of the repair and the delivery of the product due to shipping issues.
Edge Helmets verifies that its products are shipped complete and in good physical condition. Please check the overall condition of the boxes and ensure they are sealed. If your order and/or product arrives with physical damage or is missing items, an exchange or replacement will only be valid if it is reported to Edge Helmets immediately upon receipt and up to five days afterward.
REPLACEMENTS :
Unforeseen circumstances or unforeseen circumstances: Warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer through Edge Helmets. In the event that a manufacturer withdraws from the market without establishing future warranty criteria, we would not be able to provide them.

If you purchase through a third party (store or warehouse), you must contact them, and they will be responsible for requesting the appropriate warranty from us.
WHY CLAIM THE WARRANTY?

RETURN OR EXCHANGE PROCESS

HOW DOES THE WITHDRAWAL WORK?
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must report it within 5 business days of receiving the product. Contact our customer service line (+52) 1 55 7422 2900 or email info@benserca18.com and tell us the reason for the return. For the process to be effective, you must ensure that the items you purchased have not been used and are in the same condition as when you received them, including original packaging, accessories, and tags. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
POLICIES FOR CHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item, you have up to 5 business days to do so. The steps are the same as those mentioned above, but you must indicate that you wish to exchange it for another product.
If the merchandise is in proper condition upon receipt and the return is processed within the specified timeframe, your exchange will be approved. You will be responsible for paying any shipping costs required to return the merchandise, except for warranties.
If the product does not meet the specifications provided for exchange, refund, or warranty, you will be informed through the channel you contacted us of the reason why your request was not received, and the product will be sent back to the initial delivery address.
